Peace Love & Hope

2025 Spring Concert

Funds from the concert support the operations of Sound Mind Project including sheet music, folders, space fees, accompanist costs, etc. 

 

We are a non-audition community choir dedicated to supporting the mental health of youth in our community. We continue to grow in membership and reach, and would love for you to join us for music that will hopefully fill you with feelings of Peace, Love and Hope.

2024 Winter Concert

Our Concert Partner: Northeast Youth and Family Services.

​

NYFS' mission is: Transforming lives by ensuring access to care that nurtures healing, cultivates community, and inspires hope.
NYFS partners with 16 municipalities and four school districts to provide comprehensive and cost-effective support to clients at all ages and stages of life.

 

Their services include:

Clinic-based and telehealth counseling for all ages, School-Based Services, Diversion programming for youth, Community Connections programming for isolated youth, Community Advocate services, Domestic and Sexual Violence Advocacy and Therapy Services, and Psychological Assessments

 

Support from our municipal partners, and donations from community stakeholders, allows NYFS to remove financial barriers and provide services to many who wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford this help.

Our concert partner: The Minnesota Association for Children's Mental Health (MACMH)

 

MACMH promotes and pursues optimal mental health from infancy to young adulthood by providing education and resources to professionals, families, and youth throughout Minnesota and beyond.

Founded in 1989, MACMH is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to promote positive mental health for all infants, children, adolescents, and their families.

With a number of new and flagship events and programs, like our new quarterly Community Events, our annual Children’s Mental Health Conference, and Infant & Early Childhood Endorsement®, MACMH is actively involved in the community, prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all we do.

Winter Concert

The Family Partnership is a generational healing organization in Minneapolis. We partner with individuals and families through advocacy and services, believing when this generation heals that the next generation thrives. Mental health is one of our core pillars to help meet the unique needs of children, teens, and adults.

​

Our youth-focused programs serve all ages 21 and under. Some of these services include:

  • Outpatient Mental Health

  • Early Childhood Education and Care

  • School Linked Mental Health

  • Multisystemic Therapy (MST)

Our concert partner: Twin Cities Music Therapy Services, LLC

​

​Twin Cities Music Therapy Services, LLC. is dedicated to providing the highest quality services using music to enhance health, development, and quality of life. We hold reverence for each client’s cultural identity, musical interests and strengths. We aim to create a space where our clients can connect with and strengthen their inner resources through a creative, relationship-based approach.

We have the privilege of creating music with people at our South Minneapolis Clinic, in clients’ homes throughout the Twin Cities, online, and at community-based sites.
